Policies
How School Clinic protects students, families and their information.
The health, safety, dignity, wellbeing, and best interests of every student shall remain our highest priority.
Health screenings, medical advice, and clinical decisions will be provided by appropriately qualified and, where applicable, professionally registered healthcare professionals.
Where applicable, appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian will be obtained before providing healthcare services to a student.
Students' personal information, health records, and medical reports will be treated as confidential and will only be accessed or shared with authorized persons, except where required by law or necessary in an emergency.
All doctors, staff, moderators, and volunteers associated with School Clinic must follow our child safeguarding standards. Abuse, harassment, discrimination, exploitation, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
School Clinic is committed to providing services without discrimination based on gender, religion, financial background, disability, or any other personal characteristic.
Health screenings will be conducted according to defined schedules and appropriate professional protocols. Parents or guardians may be informed of relevant observations and recommendations when necessary.
If a health concern requires care beyond the scope of School Clinic, the student may be referred to an appropriate doctor, hospital, or healthcare facility for further assessment and treatment.
In an emergency, student safety will be the primary priority. School authorities and parents/guardians will be notified, and appropriate emergency medical support or referral will be facilitated where possible.
Volunteers are not substitutes for doctors or qualified healthcare professionals. They will only perform duties within their assigned responsibilities and level of training.
Students, parents, and school authorities may submit feedback, complaints, or suggestions regarding our services. All complaints will be reviewed with appropriate attention and confidentiality.
School Clinic reserves the right to update or revise its policies, procedures, and service guidelines when necessary.
School Clinic is committed to building a safe, responsible, confidential, and student-friendly healthcare environment where every child can learn, grow, and stay healthy.
